Your physical therapy session will last approximately one hour. Please dress comfortably and call with any questions.

For massage therapy sessions, please allow an extra 10 - 15 minutes in your schedule for a short verbal intake and time to change before and after the massage. New massage clients should arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work and allow time for a longer verbal intake. We will do our best to accomodate a client if they are running late, but if the therapist is fully booked, the massage time will be shortened.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
